30224 'User Account Information' dialog page sometimes becomes unresponsive after clicking the 'Install' button.

Windows Updates

42733 After enabling 'Hide Denied Updates', the Total Pending Updates column is displaying incorrect count.

39962 In particular condition, Windows Update is not started on computers in Maintenance mode.

39960 After a computer with 'Reboot Pending' task is forced shut down and restarted, the 'Reboot Required' message is still displayed on the computer.

34737 Multiple notification messages are displayed for Windows Updates 'Install All Updates' task.

33517 'Deferred' and 'Install Failed' updates count is not reflected properly under 'Pending Installation' column in Pending Windows Updates grid.

31482 'View Patch History' for Windows Updates and Applications takes a long time to load resulting in page becoming unresponsive.

Anti-Virus

31609 Under 'Setup VNC' page, status is displayed as 'Waiting' even if VNC setup has been installed on the computer.

31599 When checking/unchecking the option 'Use for Anti-Virus Definitions Updates' in the Action Toolbar, the checkbox does not get updated until the page is refreshed.

31597 'Use Anti-Virus Cache Server' option does not get disabled in policy if cache server is uninstalled without unchecking Anti-Virus cache option.

31596 'Top Infected Machines Report' is taking a long time to load data and old data is displayed until the new data is loaded.

31595 Console and email alerts for viruses are not generated if viruses were deleted (not quarantined) from computers.

31591 Under 'Trusted Zones', IP addresses accept values below '1' and above '223'.

31544 When 'Use for Anti-Virus Definitions Updates' has already been disabled, 'Use Anti-Virus Cache Server' checkbox remains checked (but read only) and Anti-Virus still checks definitions on cache server.

Analytics

27921 Default sorting is not implemented for Application and Computer Usage report.

27919 Incorrect date (12/31/1900) is displayed in 'Logout Time' Column when Computer Usage report is exported to CSV format.

27918 Login and Logout Time are not displayed for Application Usage and Computer Usage report when exported to CSV format.

User Management

36513 Changes to settings made by the logged in Administrator for another Administrator are not saved when the other Administrator has access to sites that the logged in Administrator does not have.

31471 Mac computers are not being displayed for Deploy User with Remote Support permission.

27534 In certain conditions for Admin users, not all assigned sites are displayed in the Action Toolbar.

 

Remote

31504 For Mac computers: Sometimes VNC Setup dialog appears again even after setup has been performed on the computer.

31466 For Mac computers: 'Authentication Failed Error' message is displayed when setting up VNC with password containing dollar ($) character.

30413 For Mac computers: Black screen showing during Remote VNC connection on random Mac systems.

29964 Unable to perform 'Setup VNC' while the computer is in maintenance mode, with the error message 'Computer is offline'.

29535 Remote connection gets disconnected after around 30 seconds if accessing computer remotely and not logging in.

29199 VNC connection fails with 'Connection failed - Invalid protocol' error message until modules are updated on computers.

29164 If VNC has been installed before module update, and the module has been updated, connecting to VNC after the module update fails and authentication is rejected.

28442 Remote connection gets disconnected within a minute if Windows Defender protection is enabled on computer.

28024 Unable to use 'Start Windows key' in remote session when the computer is accessed remotely.

27730 When using Firefox browser, unable to connect multiple remote connections.

27729 When using Firefox browser, 'FRCServer.exe' remains running on client computers after clicking Remote and cancel action.

27697 Sometimes, FRCClient.exe disappears and is displayed in the Task Manager only when trying to connect remotely.

27680 When using Firefox browser, 'FRCClient.exe' is downloaded every time when trying to connect to the computer remotely.

 

Remote Pro

44497 "Remote Pro" column is displayed on Diagnostics page even if Remote Pro contract is not added.

44452 Sometimes Remote Pro would not get installed when using the Full Installer even if Remote Pro is enabled in the policy.

44384 Remote Pro failed to connect to computers that are using proxy internet connection.

44352 Cannot log in to Server OS due to being unable to send CTRL+ALT+DEL action to remote computer during remote session.

 

Deploy Diagnostics

30034 Error message is not displayed when trying to select a computer while OS Deployment task is in progress.

30025 Cache Server status is not updated if Cache Server service is stopped or disabled on the computer.

 

Inventory

31469 For Mac computers: Unable to Create New Group through the Action Toolbar.

30252 Action toolbar does not display actions for Windows when the list of selected computers includes a Mac computer.

 

Deploy Agent

41895 After uninstalling Faronics Deploy Agent from a computer, the 'Remote Desktop' options are not restored to original settings and locked. (Case No. GTM-219-50774)

36968 Windows 7 and Server 2008 do not report to Console if Deploy Agent is installed using MSI installer.

31782 Computer is not displayed as offline in Faronics Deploy when the machine goes to Sleep.

31762 Deploy Agent service crashes if Applications 'Status.xml' is corrupted.

 

Configuration

36474 'Permit User to Modify Wallpaper' option is set to 'Yes', however, user is not able to change the wallpaper on the computer.

33274 Apply configuration task failure status is not updated if PowerShell version is not supported on computer.

 

Active Directory

33292 Active Directory connector installation task entry is duplicated with a new entry for same computer under Recent Activity.

33291 Failed Active Directory connector installation is displayed 'Failed' under Recent Activity, but is displayed as 'Completed' in Task History.

33255 Active Directory connector failed to communicate with server when using proxy server to connect to the Internet.

 

Scheduled Tasks

44084 In certain conditions, after a computer was removed from the console, scheduled tasks are still being executed on the computer.

44045 When selecting existing preset 'Schedule Task' settings, the 'Schedule' and 'Conditions' settings are not applied in schedule task (for One Time or Recurring).

36007 Failed status for scheduled task for Application Installation does not get updated properly on the console.

36020 Under Task History, Recent Activity tab shows incorrect data for tasks queued for offline computers.

36021 'Reboot Required' message boxes are displayed after each completed task, resulting in multiple messages displayed on the computer.

35998 When using the parameter 'Equals or Does Not Equal', Scheduled tasks with strings containing comma are not executed.

 

Tickets

45099 Upgrading the latest Deploy Agent takes long time if Ticketing Pro service is enabled on the computer.

 

MDM

45728 Not all device details get synced when performing 'Sync device info' or 'Refresh device info' actions.

45727 'Carrier Name' information is not updated on the console even when the device has a SIM card.

45688 On Firefox browser: In particular condition, user gets logged out after refreshing the policy page.

45686 In certain conditions, 'Remove Device' dialog is launched for limited admin user for Lite devices.

45632 Device location is not being updated in the console even if location is updated in MDM App in some conditions.

45580 MDM App displays popup window for choosing modes (Standard or Lite) even if the App is already in Standard mode.

45548 MDM Lite: Device is still displayed on the console even after MDM Lite App has been uninstalled from the device.

44568 'Set Up MDM' and 'MDM Setup' popup windows overlap each other when there are no devices enrolled.

Faronics Deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM): Faronics Deploy now provides the ability to manage mobile devices and includes the following features:

 

·        Manage iOS devices: Deploy MDM can manage iOS devices from the Deploy console web interface.

·        Apple Device Enrollment Program: Use your organization's Device Enrollment Program for a streamlined way to deploy organization-owned iPad and iPhone devices that are purchased directly from Apple or participating Apple Authorized Resellers or carriers.

·        Create Policies: Create policies for managing mobile devices (for pushing apps, settings and restrictions to all devices).

·        Configure settings: Configure settings such as wireless access points, proxy, web clip, and wallpapers on the mobile devices remotely.

·        Set restrictions: Set restrictions on the mobile devices defining what the end users are not allowed to do.

·        Send a message: Send a message to the mobile device from the Deploy console.

·        Wipe mobile devices: Retired or lost devices can be wiped remotely to ensure data security.

·        Geofencing: Track device locations in near real-time basis by viewing device locations on a map.

·        Inventory: Get device details such as OS version, serial number, battery, disk space and much more.

·        Alerts: Set alerts for various security issues on mobile devices to notify administrators immediately.

·        Lite mode: A lighter version for collecting device details for inventory purposes, tracking location and sending messages to devices, which can be used along with an existing MDM.

·        Improved Windows Updates Drivers: Option to hide the Drivers Updates from the grid. When the 'Show Driver Updates' is disabled, it will hide the Drivers column, and exclude the drivers from the total count of pending updates.
